Energy Conservation Subcommittee


  • Develop and energy conservation policy for the Handbook of Operating Procedures
  • Encourage funding and implementation of energy conservation initiatives.
  • Develop mandatory energy conservation guidelines for all new construction and major renovation projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to stabilize and reduce long-term energy and utilities costs while recognizing the need for future growth.
  • Educate faculty, staff, and students of the benefits of energy conservation and promote involvement through the exchange of ideas and information to encourage active participation in such.
  • Provide energy conservation tips so that each individual and department can contribute to the cause.
